Cookie Policy

Version 2026-08-10 - effective August 10, 2026

This document is a translation of the legally binding Polish version. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to website operators.

In addition to cookies, the Service uses Local Storage (a browser storage mechanism) to persist certain preferences on your device. Local Storage data does not expire automatically and is not sent to the server with each request.

2. Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled. No consent is required for essential cookies under the ePrivacy Directive.

  • sb-[project-id]-auth-token: Supabase session cookie or cookies required for login, session refresh and Account security. Names and lifetime depend on configuration; Secure and SameSite attributes follow the deployed setup.
    Provider: Supabase (first-party)
  • cinematic-consent (Local Storage): Stores your cookie consent preference (accepted/rejected/undecided). Persistent until cleared by you.
    Provider: anset.ai (first-party)

3. Analytics Cookies (Optional — Consent Required)

These cookies are set only if you explicitly accept analytics cookies via the consent banner. They help us understand how visitors interact with the Service.

  • _ga: Google Analytics 4 — Distinguishes unique users. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_[MEASUREMENT-ID]: Google Analytics 4 — Maintains session state. Expires after 2 years.

Provider: Google LLC (third-party)

GA4 does not log or store full IP addresses in reports, but identifiers and events remain pseudonymous rather than anonymous. We do not enable advertising features. Google policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. Local Storage

The Service uses the following Local Storage entries:

  • cinematic-auth: Stores a minimal initialization flag (isInitialized: true/false). Does NOT store user credentials, tokens, or personal data.
  • cinematic-consent: Stores your analytics consent preference (accepted/rejected/undecided).

Local Storage data is stored locally on your device and is not automatically attached to every HTTP request like cookies. The application may read it to apply your preferences, for example not loading analytics after refusal of consent.

5. External Resources That Do Not Use Cookies

The Service may load selected technical resources, such as fonts or libraries, from external providers. Such loading may disclose IP address, browser headers, approximate location, and page address to the provider, even if the provider does not set a cookie. Currently this may include Google Fonts. If we implement font self-hosting, we will remove or update this description.

6. Managing Your Consent

When you first visit the Service, a consent banner will appear asking you to accept or reject analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in Local Storage and respected on subsequent visits.

You can change your choice at any time using the buttons below. Declining removes GA cookies available to the app and stops further analytics loading. Global Privacy Control is treated as rejection of optional analytics in that browser.

You may also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent the Service from functioning correctly (e.g., you will not be able to stay signed in).

Opting out of analytics cookies does not affect the functionality of the Service.

When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as refusal of optional analytics in that browser, even if no banner choice was previously made.

Current analytics choice: not decided

7. Third-Party Cookies

We do not use advertising or targeting cookies. Optional Google Analytics 4 cookies are set only after your consent. If we add remarketing, advertising pixels, social media tracking, or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and request required consent before enabling them.

  • Advertising or targeting cookies without prior consent
  • Social media tracking pixels without prior consent
  • Other third-party tracking technologies without updated information and required consent

We do not sell cookie data or any data derived from cookies to third parties.

8. Contact

For questions about our cookie practices, contact us at legal@anset.ai.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure use of the app. Refusing does not affect the Service. Details and settings
